Learning Differently

As we continue a wonderful semester on campus with our wonderful and diverse cohort of students it is imperative that we as educators address their different learning needs. The first step is awareness and the happiness centre would like to conduct a 30-minute talk on Learning Differently- a discussion on learning disabilities aimed at creating awareness and recognition among students and faculty. ?‍??‍?

Ms. Zareena Kennedy

About the speaker:

Zareena graduated with a triple Honors in Psychology, Political Science and Literature. She has an MBA with a dual majors in HR and Marketing. She is also a Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Preventive and Promotive Healthcare.

Zareena is part of the HR industry by education and an experience spanning over 7 years in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, and soft skills training.

She has a strong entrepreneurial bent with the experience of having been a consultant then owner of her own HR consultancy services firm.

Teaching is a passion for her- an avenue to combine her learning and skills and her deep desire to encourage and empower her students.

She is also a strong advocate of preventive healthcare, a practitioner of mindfulness and gratitude, a yoga instructor with a focus on chakras and meditation and a lover of poetry.
