The University of Stirling, Ras Al Khaimah Campus signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Taka Solutions – a technology, engineering and finance company based in Dubai was signed on 6th of July, 2022 at the premises of University of Stirling. Dr. Richa Arora – Head of the Institution and Chief Operating Officer(COO), Stirling RAK Campus, Planet One International Education FZ-LLC and Mr. Henrique Pereira, Chief Executive Officer of Taka Solutions, exchanged the signed MOU documents. This MOU would facilitate the collaborations in the form of student internships, faculty exchange, admissions to BSc and MSc programmes and other events. Dr. Richa Arora adds “This MOU represents a great prospect for our students to be associated with the industry for onsite and virtual internships and inspires them to take part in various other live projects organised by Taka Solutions over a period of next 2 years.” Mr. Henrique speaking about the MOU, said that “Our company wants to encourage young talent to learn the concepts of subjects in real life scenarios. We strongly believe that UOS has bright students and we look forward to welcoming them”.
