Mubin Khatib is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across diverse sectors including education, construction, retail, and auditing. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Stirling, UAE, where he oversees HR strategy and operations alongside other functional departments.

Renowned for his ability to transform HR functions into strategic business partners, Mubin has demonstrated excellence in policy development, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational restructuring. He has a proven track record in implementing cost-effective HR solutions, including significantly reducing recruitment and insurance expenses, and leading ISO certification and ERP/HRIS implementation.
