On 17 November 2025, the University of Stirling, RAK Campus and SQA RAK Campus came alive with unmatched grandeur as students gathered for Freshers 2025 – Night of the Royals. This year’s celebration wasn’t just an event—it was an experience. With dazzling lights, elegant décor, and an atmosphere full of excitement, the night celebrated not only the beginning of a new academic year, but also the spirit, unity, and creativity of our vibrant student community.

A Student-Led Celebration of Elegance & Excellence

Freshers 2025 stood out for one reason—it was entirely student-led. From planning to execution, every detail was designed and delivered by the Student Council of both campuses, in collaboration with the Culture, Arts & Community Club (CACC) and Student Support Services.

Under the leadership of Student Council Presidents Yasir and Vanshika, and with unwavering commitment from the organizing teams, the event set a remarkable standard for student-driven excellence.

The most awaited moment was the crowning of Mr. & Ms. Freshers 2025. With grace and charm, the winners embodied the true spirit of leadership, elegance, and confidence befitting the “Night of the Royals” theme.
