  • The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of academic programs within the institution. This role involves coordinating course offerings, schedules, and curriculum delivery to ensure that academic operations run efficiently.


    The coordinator provides academic counseling and support to students, helping them with course selection, progress tracking, and ensuring they meet graduation requirements. They also assist in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of faculty members, and work closely with them to improve academic processes. The coordinator ensures that all programs comply with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.


    Additionally, they are responsible for preparing academic reports, maintaining records, and supporting accreditation reviews. The position also involves organizing academic events, such as orientations, workshops, and faculty development programs. To succeed in this role, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of academic policies and procedures.

  • The Admissions Officer (Arabic Speaking) is responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective students, with a focus on Arabic-speaking applicants.   • The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that academic programs and processes meet the institution's standards of quality and comply with accreditation requirements. This role involves, implementing, and keeping records of quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems to enhance the overall educational experience. The executive assists in conducting regular evaluations of academic programs, faculty performance, and student outcomes, and provides recommendations for improvements.

  • The Alumni Relations Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the alumni database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of alumni records, including contact information and employment history. The role involves analyzing alumni engagement trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of alumni programs.


    The officer assists in planning and executing alumni events such as reunions, networking functions, and fundraising campaigns. This includes providing logistical support and collaborating with the Alumni Relations team to ensure seamless execution.


    In addition, the role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with alumni through regular communications, newsletters, social media engagement, and surveys to gather feedback and improve initiatives.


    The officer will provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, tracking budgets, and processing alumni donations and gifts. They will work closely with the Advancement Office, Career Services, and other university departments to facilitate alumni involvement in mentorship programs and career development opportunities.


    The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business Administration, or Data Science. Experience in data management, including familiarity with databases and CRM systems, is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in office and data management tools, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.


    Preferred qualifications include experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or higher education, as well as knowledge of data visualization tools and digital engagement strategies. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
