Taner Topcu, Director of #RAKEZ Academic Zone, signed a Memorandum of Co-operation with Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) in order to strengthen the collaboration and exchange of information and expertise between the authorities.
SQA was represented by their International Regional Manager - Middle East & #Europe, Brian Stokes. SQA is supported by the Scottish Government’s Learning Directorate and has two main roles – accreditation and awarding qualifications.
