This comprehensive course develops a strong foundation in key business disciplines such as accounting and finance, global business, sustainability, strategic management, entrepreneurship, people management, and technology in business. Through the course, you will gain a well-rounded understanding of how organisations function internally and how they interact with external environments.
You'll also develop practical management skills through simulation tools like The Business Game, have an opportunity to tackle real-world challenges in a Consultancy Project or Dissertation, and strengthen your employability with a dedicated module on Professional Development and Practice. You will learn how to assess financial, technical, and commercial risk; take a systems-based view of organisational problems; and make sound decisions aligned with strategic objectives.
In addition, the course places strong emphasis on communication, leadership, and critical thinking. You will have opportunities to refine your presentation and teamwork skills, preparing you to effectively communicate innovative business ideas and lead diverse teams.
