Assistant Manager International Student Recruitment (Bilingual)

Overall purpose
- As a key stakeholder to Establish and maintain positive relationships with area educational constituencies including area schools, agents, consultants, admissions directors - organizations and create networking opportunities.
- Mainly responsible for dealing with prospective student enrollments through international student recruitment from Agents.
- Dealing with direct student recruitment is expected once general inquiries or initial applications are made via Agents.
- To establish and manage relationships with agents across Egypt & GCC.
- Representing the organization at recruitment events, exhibitions etc. across the region is key to this position, with regular travel to Egypt.
- Increase international student enrolment by recruiting international students from diverse regions.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, monitoring enrollment trends, and, using technology systems and outreach activities, seminars, conferences, meetings, and training events to build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective channel partners, sponsorship bodies etc.
- Devise and deliver an effective content marketing strategy, securing feedback, endorsement, and support from key stakeholders, tailored to audience, brand and key institutional themes.
- Supporting candidates with the required admissions documents
- Hands on experience in CRM is must
- Visiting schools and education events in the region to promote various programs
- The role will be required to undertake travel to Egypt and will therefore be predominantly field & KPI based.
Principal Duties
Essential Criteria
- Marketing degree or equivalent relevant experience (5-6 Years) in UAE/GCC/Egypt in Education sector.
- Experience working with a UK university will also be considered.
- You must have an established presence in the Middle East or North Africa region, preferably in Egypt and have strong relationships with agents.
- The ideal candidate is a charismatic, energetic, self-motivated and target driven individual.
- This role requires someone who thrives working independently
- Experience and demonstrable success in International Recruitment role, (preferably in a complex organization).
- Experience in using CRM and high level of computer skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and diplomacy when dealing with senior and other colleagues
- Diplomatic approach to all stakeholders: internal and external, persuasive and resilient
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
- Communicate effectively and at all levels, be it at board level, with colleagues or vendors etc.
- Candidate must have working experience in education industry with strong hold on agents network.
