• Who should participate: Senior High School Students (Grades 11 & 12) from across the UAE

An interschool environment sustainability championship celebrating innovation, collaboration, and ideas that can shape tomorrow.

The Aim

The Youth Green Titans reflects the UAE’s dedication to sustainability, celebrated as national themes in 2023 and 2024, and its ongoing commitment to the Year of Community in 2025. At its core, the event is both a competition and a celebration. It recognizes the energy, imagination, and leadership potential of students while emphasizing the shared responsibility we all have toward a more sustainable future.

Participation and Format

• What we expect from the participants: Students can present working prototypes, scaled replicas, or digital applications that demonstrate innovation, feasibility, and a measurable contribution to sustainability goals.
• How we evaluate: Each project will be showcased before a distinguished panel of judges, including university faculty, sustainability experts, venture capitalists, and industry leaders.
• Opportunities Beyond Competition: This championship offers a rare chance for students to connect with professionals who can mentor, invest, and guide them in transforming their ideas into impactful ventures

Awards for Outstanding Contributions

To acknowledge the brilliance of the participating teams, the University will award:

• First Prize: AED 5,000
• Second Prize: AED 3,000
• Third Prize: AED 2,000

Yet, the prizes are only one part of the reward. The true value lies in the exposure, mentorship, and entrepreneurial opportunities that students will gain by presenting their ideas to experts and leaders in the field. Exceptional projects may spark long-term collaborations and attract interest from investors keen to support the next wave of sustainable innovation.
